Teams are guaranteed a minimum of 3 games, minimum roster size 8 players (7 plus a goaltender). Registration cost is $60 per person. To register, click on the Registration Forms link at the top of the homepage, select the Adult 4-on-4 Tournament registration form and indicate in the comments section what team you'll be playing on or if you're looking to join as a free agent.
